1.1 Delivery Methods: We offer multiple delivery methods, including standard shipping, express shipping, and in-person pick-up. The availability of these options may vary based on your location and the products purchased.

Note: Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to, weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, or logistical challenges beyond our control.

1.3 Processing Time: Please allow 1 to 3 business days for order processing before shipment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Costs

2.1 Shipping Fees: Shipping fees vary based on the delivery method selected, destination, and size/weight of the products. Fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.

2.2 Free Shipping: Certain promotions may offer free shipping on qualifying orders. Such offers are subject to change and are not applicable retroactively.

2.3 Customs and Import Duties: For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country’s customs department.

3. Order Tracking

3.1 Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress. N.B. This service is on Pause until further notice.

3.2 Missed Deliveries: If a delivery attempt is made and no one is available to receive the package, a re-delivery attempt may be scheduled, or the package may be held at a local facility for pick-up. Re-delivery fees may apply.

4. Delivery and Acceptance of Goods

4.1 Receiving Goods: Upon delivery, it is your responsibility to inspect the package(s) for any visible damage before signing the delivery receipt. Any damage should be noted on the receipt, and you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

4.2 Signature Requirement: Certain shipments may require a signature upon delivery. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, please arrange for someone else to receive and sign for the goods.

4.3 Risk of Loss: Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you upon delivery. If you fail to take delivery, the risk passes to you when we make the first delivery attempt.

4.4 Security Log Verification: If delivery is made to a business or other non-residential location, it is your responsibility to verify delivery through your security logs. Our delivery confirmation will be based on your security logs and any signed delivery receipts.

5. Failed Delivery Attempts

5.1 Customer Absence: If our team arrives for delivery or installation and no one is available to receive the goods, additional charges may apply for re-delivery or storage.

5.2 Delivery Refusal: If you refuse delivery for any reason other than visible damage, the shipping fees are non-refundable, and you may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

6. Shipping Restrictions

6.1 PO Boxes: We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a valid residential or business address.

6.2 Geographical Limitations: Some products are restricted to certain geographical locations due to size, weight, or shipping restrictions. These limitations will be noted on the product page.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

7.1 Reporting Damage: If your order arrives damaged, please notify us immediately within 24 hours of receipt. Provide detailed photos of the damage, and we will arrange for a replacement or repair.

7.2 Lost Shipments: If a shipment is confirmed lost after an investigation with the carrier, we will send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a refund at our discretion.

8. Customer Obligations

8.1 Accurate Information: Ensure that all shipping details provided are accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or misdelivery due to incorrect information.

8.2 Delivery Access: If your location requires special access or has specific delivery instructions, please inform us when placing your order. Failure to do so may result in delays or additional charges.

8.3 Installation Access: If the order includes installation services, you must ensure that the installation site is prepared and accessible. Any delays caused by site inaccessibility may result in additional fees.

9. Cancellations and Modifications

9.1 Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, a 20% restocking fee will apply. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.

9.2 Address Changes: Requests to change the shipping address after the order has been processed may incur additional charges and are subject to approval.

10.1 Binding Arbitration: Any disputes arising from this Shipping and Delivery Policy will be resolved through binding arbitration, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
