RESTRICTIONS:
Free shipping DOES NOT apply to commercial purchases. We reserve the right to choose the transportation or delivery method based on cost. Typical delivery time for orders that qualify for free transportation or delivery is 3 to 14 business days. Purchase orders are not eligible for free transportation or delivery.
EXPORT RESTRICTIONS:
Carisol exports all products found on its website within the Caribbean community CARICOM. The importer will take the responsibly to ensure that products order has no import restriction within the importer respective country. Freight and or insurance will be added to product price, import duties and other taxes where applicable is the sole responsibility of the importer.
INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE:
Carisol shall not be liable for any interruption of service due to causes beyond its control, including, but not limited to, the following: the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment; acts of God; acts of public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority; acts or omissions of customs or similar authorities; insufficient information provided by a customer; the application of security regulations imposed by the government, or otherwise applicable to the shipment; riots, strikes or other labour disputes; civil unrest; disruptions in air or ground transportation networks and natural disasters.
TRANSPORTATION, DELIVERY AND SHIPPING TIMES:
Most orders that is transported via ground are usually ship the next business day if placed before 2:00PM EST and if the items are in stock. Orders that are to be transported economy will be shipped within two business days if placed before 2:00PM EST and if the items are in stock.
EXPEDITE DELIVERY OR SHIPPING INFORMATION:
The deadline for orders requiring Next Day, 2 Day, or 3 Day delivery is 2:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) for items in stock. Expedited orders placed after 2:00 PM will ship by the end of the next business day for items in stock. Next Day, 2 Day, or 3 Day orders placed on a Friday after 2:00 PM EST will ship the following Monday.
Transportation, delivery or Shipping costs are calculated at time of checkout by our shopping cart, based on the weight of your order and the method of transport. We ship to all 14 parishes and deliver as standard within a fixed 2 kilometre radius of each parish town capital. Additional charges will apply for transportation and delivery outside of this radius.
TRANSIT TIME:
Please add 1-2 working days from when you place your orders for us to process, package, and ship it. We strive to ship within two business days. Sometimes a delay will occur if we are out of stock or if it is something we normally don't stock. Other items do list shipping time on their specific web pages. In this case, special orders will ship within 5-7 business days. Expedited orders only will be notified of any delays. Delivery will not be made on a weekend unless special Saturday delivery is arranged. This service is available at an extra cost to certain specific areas. Please contact us for availability to make arrangements.

Next Day Pickup – Orders made before 2:00p.m. can be picked up after 2:00p.m. next day.
WHICH SHIPPING OPTION IS BEST?
Free Shipping – Takes 1-14 business days for shipping and delivery. This method is best if you are not in a rush. Economy Shipping – Takes 1 - 7 business days for shipping and delivery. This method is good if you are not in a rush. 3 Day Shipping - Takes 3 days for shipping and delivery and costs more than Economy. 2 Day – Takes 2 days for shipping and delivery and costs much more than 3 Day. Orders shipped via this method arrive by the end of the second business day after shipping. Expedite Next Day – Next Day shipping and delivery offers guaranteed overnight delivery for day-definite shipments.
FREIGHT CHARGES:
Large Items – Are transported by truck out of different locations based on availability, our calculator is not able to calculate the exact freight charges. Please call us for a firm delivery quote. If you select this transportation option you will get a very approximate delivery cost based on the value of the shipment. You may also place the order using any transportation method and we will contact you with the actual cost. You may cancel the order at that point without any penalty.
RECEIPTS:
Please retain a copy of your receipt for proof of purchase in the event any issue may arise.
