FREE TRANSPORTATION AND DELIVERY
Enjoy free transportation and delivery on select purchases. Kindly note the following restrictions:
- Free shipping does not apply to commercial purchases.
- We reserve the right to choose the transportation or delivery method based on cost.
- Typical delivery time for orders that qualify for free transportation or delivery is 3 to 14 business days.
- Purchase orders are not eligible for free transportation or delivery.
EXPORT RESTRICTIONS:
Carisol exports all products found on its website within the Caribbean community CARICOM. It is the importer's responsibility to ensure that the ordered products have no import restrictions within their respective country. Freight and insurance costs will be added to the product price. Import duties and other applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the importer.
INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE:
Please note that Carisol shall not be held liable for any interruption of service due to causes beyond our control. Such causes may include, but are not limited to:
- Unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment.
- Acts of God.
- Acts of public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority.
- Acts or omissions of customs or similar authorities.
- Insufficient information provided by a customer.
- Application of security regulations imposed by the government or otherwise applicable to the shipment.
- Riots, strikes, or other labor disputes.

TRANSPORTATION, PICK-UP, DELIVERY AND SHIPPING TIMES:

Same Day or Next Day Pick-Up or Delivery:
Estimated Delivery Time: Before End of Business Day or Next Business Day. For both in-store and online orders placed before 11:00 AM EST (Eastern Standard Time), customers can enjoy same-day pickup (with a lead time of 2 hours for order processing) or have their items available for pickup on the following business day, provided the items are in stock.
Store Pickup:
Estimated Pickup Time: Next Business Day. Customers have the option to personally collect their orders by visiting our brick-and-mortar store within operating hours. For items in stock, orders placed after 11:00 AM EST (Eastern Standard Time) will be ready for pickup on the subsequent business day.
Curbside Pickup:
Estimated Pickup Time: Next Business Day. To enhance convenience, we provide curbside pickup as an option. Customers can select this service for orders placed after 11:00 AM EST (Eastern Standard Time) on items that are currently in stock. When placing the order, kindly provide us with your vehicle details, and our team will bring your items directly to your vehicle for pickup.
Express Delivery:
Estimated Delivery Time: 1-3 business days. For customers seeking faster shipping, we offer express delivery. Expedited orders placed before 11:00 AM EST (Eastern Standard Time) on business days will be shipped by the end of the next business day, provided the items are in stock. Please note that expedited orders placed on Fridays after 11:00 AM EST (Eastern Standard Time) will be shipped on the following Monday, assuming the items are in stock.
Standard Shipping:
Estimated Delivery Time: 3-7 business days. For most orders shipped via ground transportation, we strive to ship them on the next business day if they are placed before 11:00 AM EST (Eastern Standard Time) and the items are in stock. Please note that the estimated delivery time for standard shipping is typically between 3 to 7 business days.
International Shipping:
Estimated Delivery Time: Varies based on the destination. For international shipments, the delivery time is dependent on the specific destination country. Transit times can vary significantly, ranging from a few days to several weeks, depending on the customs process and the efficiency of the local postal service or courier in the destination country.
Free Shipping:
Estimated Delivery Time: 1-14 business days.
We offer free shipping for selected items or specific orders that meet or exceed a Minimum Order Value of $500,000.00. However, please note that free shipping eligibility is restricted to certain parishes or specific areas within those parishes. To determine if your location qualifies for free shipping, we recommend consulting our shipping policy or contacting our customer support team for further assistance.
Additionally, while shipping is provided free of charge, a standard convenience fee of JMD$2500.00 will be added to your order. This fee helps cover administrative and handling costs associated with processing and delivering your items. Shipping Time:
After placing your order, we kindly request that you allow 1-2 working days for us to process, package, and ship your items. Our objective is to ship within one business day. However, please be aware that delays may occur due to item availability. For special orders, the typical shipping time frame is 5-7 business days. Please note that deliveries do not take place on weekends, unless special arrangements have been made for Saturday delivery, which may incur an additional fee in specific areas. Transportation Charges:

If you select items that are mistakenly categorized under our regular shipping and delivery options, we will need to recalculate an estimated delivery cost based on the specific shipment type. Alternatively, you can place the order using any transportation method, and we will reach out to you with the actual cost. Non-Refundable Shipping Cost for Items in Transit or Delivered Orders Canceled:

3. Order Tracking

3.2 Missed Deliveries: If a delivery attempt is made and no one is available to receive the package, a re-delivery attempt may be scheduled, or the package may be held at a local facility for pick-up. Re-delivery fees may apply.
4. Delivery and Acceptance of Goods
4.1 Receiving Goods: Upon delivery, it is your responsibility to inspect the package(s) for any visible damage before signing the delivery receipt. Any damage should be noted on the receipt, and you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
4.2 Signature Requirement: Certain shipments may require a signature upon delivery. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, please arrange for someone else to receive and sign for the goods.
4.3 Risk of Loss: Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you upon delivery. If you fail to take delivery, the risk passes to you when we make the first delivery attempt.
4.4 Security Log Verification: If delivery is made to a business or other non-residential location, it is your responsibility to verify delivery through your security logs. Our delivery confirmation will be based on your security logs and any signed delivery receipts.
5. Failed Delivery Attempts
5.1 Customer Absence: If our team arrives for delivery or installation and no one is available to receive the goods, additional charges may apply for re-delivery or storage.
5.2 Delivery Refusal: If you refuse delivery for any reason other than visible damage, the shipping fees are non-refundable, and you may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

6.1 PO Boxes: We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a valid residential or business address.
