Carisol Group Return or Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Carisol Group for your shopping needs, both online and in-store. We strive to provide you with the highest quality products and excellent customer service. In the event that you need to return a product, we have developed the following return or refund policy to ensure a seamless and satisfactory experience. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.


Returns Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition and packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and promotional materials. A restocking fee may apply to correctly purchased or shipped items that are returned, canceled, or exchanged, subject to our warranty and/or return policy. Any signs of use, damage, or missing parts may result in a higher restocking fee or denial of the return.


Time Limit:

To be eligible for a return, you must initiate the return process within 7 days from the date of delivery or pick-up, whether it is an online purchase or an in-store purchase. Failure to notify us within this timeframe may result in the denial of your request.


Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items:


Website or In-Store Purchases:                                                                                            Customized or personalized products tailored specifically for you.

Gift cards or vouchers.

Consumable or perishable items like light bulbs.

Intimate or sanitary goods.

Motor vehicles, such as cars, buses, and motorcycles. These items are sold "as is" with no remedy provided for any issues.


Website or In-Store Purchases with Installation:

In addition to the above, the following items are also non-returnable and non-refundable once they have been installed or assembled: Solar Power Systems, Water Heaters, Automatic Gate Openers, Automatic Garage Doors, Air Conditioners, etc.


If a purchased item from the above category is damaged, defective, or fails to perform in any way, our only available solution is limited to repair or replacement at our discretion, based on the terms outlined in our return, refund, and/or warranty policy. We will carefully evaluate the situation and determine whether the item can be repaired or if a replacement is necessary.


Delivery, Shipping, and Transportation Costs:

Please note that we do not provide refunds for shipping, delivery, or transportation fees associated with purchases that include installation services. This includes cases where we have made attempts to deliver the purchase, successfully delivered the purchase, are en route to deliver the purchase, or if the customer refuses to accept the purchase. These fees are non-refundable.


Installation and Labor Costs:

We do not offer refunds on installation and labor costs under the following circumstances:

Once our team arrives at the location to start the job.

Once the job has been started.

If the job is stopped or interrupted from being completed.

If we visit the location with a scheduled appointment, but no one is available at home to allow our team access.

Please note that in these situations, the installation and labor costs are considered non-refundable.

By proceeding with the purchase, assembly, and/or installation of these items, you acknowledge and accept the non-refundable nature of the products and the limited remedies available in the case of damage or defects.

Return Process:


Return Authorization:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team using the information provided below within the specified return period. Our representative will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number (RAN), if applicable.


Return Shipping:

When shipping the product back to us, please ensure it is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. You are responsible for the send and return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Carisol Group error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe delivery of the returned item.


Refund or Exchange:

Once we receive the returned item, whether it was purchased online or in-store, and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange. If you are eligible for a refund, it will be issued in the original form of payment used during the purchase. Please allow 1 - 21 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account. In the case of an exchange, we will ship the replacement item to you as soon as possible.


Damaged or Defective Products:


Quality Assurance:

At Carisol Group, we maintain high-quality standards for our products. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 14 days of delivery for installed or assembled items and 1 day after delivery for all other items, regardless of whether the purchase was made online or in-store.


Return Process:

To return a damaged or defective product, follow the same return process as mentioned above, regardless of whether the purchase was made online or in-store. Once we receive the item and confirm the damage or defect, and it qualifies for a refund or replacement, we will issue a full refund, including the return shipping costs, offer you a discount, or offer a replacement item, at our sole option or discretion. Please note that the return shipping cost must be less than or equal to the sending shipping cost.


Cancellations:

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible, regardless of whether the purchase was made online or in-store. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, if the order has already been processed or shipped, we may be unable to cancel it. In such cases, you can initiate a return as outlined in this policy.


Final Sale, Discounted, and Clearance Items:

Items labeled as "Final Sale," listed under our clearance section, or sold with a discount are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except for damaged or defective items which are eligible for exchange only, regardless of whether the purchase was made online or in-store. We recommend reviewing product details before purchase. Please contact customer service for exchanges on damaged or defective items.


Restocking Fee Percentage:

A restocking fee of 20% of the original purchase price will be applied to all products eligible for return, refund, exchange, or cancellation, whether the purchase was made online or in-store.


Refund Calculation:

The restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount, whether the purchase was made online or in-store. If the original payment method is unavailable or cannot be used for the refund, store credit may be issued instead.


Exceptions:

In cases where the return, cancellation, or exchange is due to an error on our part, such as shipping the wrong product, we will waive the restocking fee, regardless of whether the purchase was made online or in-store.

Modifications to the Return Policy:

Carisol Group reserves the right to modify or update this return or refund policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website and in-store displays. We encourage you to review this policy periodically for any updates, whether you made a purchase online or in-store. Your continued use of our website or patronage of our brick and mortar store after any modifications to this policy constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
