This Return and Refund Policy is designed to protect both our customers and our business. Please read it carefully, as it outlines the terms under which returns, refunds, and cancellations are permitted. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms.
Returns Eligibility
Condition of Product: Returns are only accepted for products in their original, unopened packaging with all accessories, manuals, and promotional materials intact. Any sign of use, tampering, or damage, including missing parts, will result in the denial of the return.
Final Sale: Products labeled as "Final Sale," sold under a discount, clearance, or as "as is" are strictly non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable under any circumstances.
Installed Products: Once any product is installed or assembled (including Solar Power Systems, Water Heaters, Automatic Gate Openers, Garage Doors, Air Conditioners), it is strictly non-returnable and non-refundable. We will only consider a repair or replacement, at our sole discretion, if the product is defective and meets our strict criteria for damage or malfunction.
Custom Orders: Absolutely no returns or refunds on custom-ordered goods. This includes all items made or ordered specifically for the customer.
Time Limit
- Return Initiation: Customers must initiate the return process within 7 days of delivery or pick-up. Any requests made after this period will be automatically denied, regardless of circumstances.
Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items
Custom Orders: Customized or personalized products tailored specifically for the customer are non-returnable.
Consumables: Items such as light bulbs and sanitary goods cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
Vehicles: All motor vehicles, including cars, buses, and motorcycles, are sold strictly "as is" with no warranties or returns.
Delivery, Shipping, and Transportation Costs
- No Refunds: All delivery, shipping, and transportation fees are non-refundable, even if delivery was refused, failed, or canceled. This applies even if Carisol Group is en route or has arrived at the customer’s location. No exceptions.
Installation and Labor Costs
- Non-Refundable: Once our team has been dispatched to the customer's location, all installation and labor costs become non-refundable. This includes cases where the job has not started, is incomplete, or if access to the location is denied.
Restocking Fees
- Strict Enforcement: A restocking fee of 25% of the original purchase price applies to all returns, cancellations, or exchanges, even if the error is on our part. This fee is non-negotiable and will be deducted from any potential refund.
Superficial Damages During Installation
- Replacement Only: If products sustain superficial damage during manual transportation, we offer only a replacement, not a refund or discount. Should the customer prefer to avoid manual transportation, they may request mechanical means at an additional surcharge.
Service Delays
- No Liability: We are not liable for any delays in service, regardless of cause. No refunds or discounts will be provided due to delays, including those caused by transportation issues, scheduling conflicts, or unforeseen circumstances.
Damaged or Defective Products
- Strict Evaluation: Any claim of damage or defect must be reported within 1 day of delivery for standard products and 14 days for installed or assembled items. Carisol Group reserves the sole right to determine whether a product is eligible for a repair or replacement, and any decision made is final.
Return Process
Authorization Required: All returns must be pre-authorized by our customer service team. Unauthorized returns will be refused, and the customer will be responsible for any related costs.
Customer Responsibility: The customer is fully responsible for all return shipping costs, which must be prepaid and tracked. Carisol Group is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Refunds: Refunds, if approved, will be issued in the original form of payment within 21 business days of receiving the returned product. All refunds will be subject to the 25% restocking fee.
Cancellations
- No Cancellations After Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped. If an order is in transit, the customer may refuse delivery, but all associated costs will be borne by the customer.
Final Sale, Discounted, and Clearance Items
- Strict No Return Policy: All items sold as "Final Sale," at a discount, or under clearance are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be entertained under any circumstances.
Modifications to the Return Policy
- Right to Modify: Carisol Group reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without notice. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after policy changes signifies acceptance.
Communication
- Exclusive Channels: All communication regarding returns, refunds, or exchanges must be conducted through our official customer service channels. Any requests outside these channels will be disregarded.
