Carisol Group Warranty Policy

2.1 Standard Warranty:

  • Products Sold with Installation: Each product sold with installation is covered by an individual warranty document provided at the time of delivery and installation. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance. The warranty period starts from the date of installation and is detailed in the individual warranty document.

  • Other Products: Products not sold with installation are covered by a general warranty that starts from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance. Specific warranty periods for different types of products are outlined below.

2.2 Warranty Periods:

  • Solar Power Systems: up to 5yrs
  • Water Heaters: up to 5yrs
  • Air Conditioners: up to 5yrs
  • Automatic Gate Openers: up to 5yrs
  • Automatic Garage Doors: up to 5yrs
  • Security Cameras: up to 5yrs
  • Access Controls: up to 5yrs
  • Fire Alarms: up to 5yrs
  • Generators: up to 5yrs
  • Custom Orders: up to 5yrs
  • Other Products: up to 1yrs

2.3 Extended Warranty:

Extended warranties are available for purchase and can be added to any product or service. Extended warranties provide additional coverage beyond the standard warranty period. Details of the extended warranty terms, coverage, and costs will be provided at the time of purchase.

2.4 Preventative Maintenance Warranties:

Preventative maintenance warranties can be purchased separately to ensure ongoing protection and service for your products. These warranties cover routine maintenance and checks to prevent potential issues. The terms and costs of preventative maintenance warranties will be provided at the time of purchase.

3. Warranty Claims and Process

3.1 Initiating a Claim:

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at:

  • Proof of purchase or installation
  • Details of the defect or issue
  • Relevant product information (e.g., model number, serial number)

3.2 Inspection and Evaluation:

Upon receiving your claim, Carisol Group will evaluate the issue. We may require an inspection of the product to determine if it qualifies for warranty coverage. If necessary, we will arrange for the product to be inspected by a qualified technician.

3.3 Remedies:

If the warranty claim is validated, Carisol Group will provide one or more of the following remedies, depending on the nature of the defect and warranty terms:

  • Repair: We will repair the defective product at no cost to you.
  • Replacement: We will replace the defective product with a new or refurbished item of equal value.
  • Refund: We may issue a refund for the defective product if repair or replacement is not feasible.

4. Exclusions and Limitations

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage resulting from natural disasters, accidents, or environmental factors.
  • Costs associated with removal, installation, or reinstallation of the product.
  • Products not maintained according to the manufacturer’s recommendations.

5. General Terms

  • Transferability: The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
  • Modification: Carisol Group reserves the right to modify this Warranty Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website and in-store displays.
  • Legal Rights: This Warranty Policy does not affect your statutory rights.
